Welcome to our first newsletter of the year. My wish for you all this year is a year filled with lots of love, learning, listening, healing, and understanding, joy, and good health, abundance of all kinds, fabulous friends and the most wonderful gift of all… Self-empowerment!
Last year was all about cleaning up the old things that have been holding us back – old insecurities, old feelings of unworthiness, old guilt, old fears, angers, and hurts in all different areas of our lives. We don’t always know what our lessons are consciously and this is where Perception is Projection really works for us, because again what we don’t like in others is what we need to change within ourselves! This was last year’s gift.
So, for this year if we could turn it all around and release our resentments and send blessings to all our teachers we can then allow ourselves to learn what we were supposed to learn and then we find Self-empowerment.
What a fabulous gift to give ourselves! The gift to be able to forgive and release those negative feelings that no longer serve us and at the same time begin to value, appreciate and respect ourselves and no longer look for that love, appreciation, respect, proof of worthiness from others. That gift is priceless!
This year is about self-empowerment, being and loving who we are, accepting others for who they are, and bringing what we want into our lives. We are all going to go through an enormous amount of personal growth this year.
In our January workshop/meditation group we learned about the power of positive thought and attracting what we want to come into our lives using the 7 Laws of Attraction. We learnt how to attract money, love, a slimmer body, healthier lifestyle, prosperity, happiness, that new car, new friends and the list goes on and on. Using these laws you will discover the wonderful feeling of being fulfilled and happy in the life you have, which is an amazing gift.
